Oak View Hospital has a multidisciplinary staff team whose individual and collective role is to foster and support educational, social, and personal development of our patients. The ability of our staff to work collectively and consistently is essential. Forward planning, evaluation, and effective communication are facilitated through regular meetings which enable the entire team or various groups to pursue this objective.

All staff are given regular in-service training and attend a variety of courses to keep them up to date with the latest developments in the field.

All care given within the facility is overseen by our staff Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist.
